I am writing because all too often we write to complain and not to applaud someone's high level of customer service. In particular, I am speaking about one of your fantastic employees, Matt.

I have been dealing with Matt for a few weeks now and he is patient, kind and thoughtful. He is very perceptive to stressful situations, and tried to understand what we were going through. We had quite an ordeal a week ago, when our closing date on our new home was delayed. I had scheduled your movers to come, and had to cancel last minute.

While some of your employees were understandably angry and upset at having a last minute cancellation, Matt called to follow up to make sure everything was ok. I assured him after our conversation that we would definitely come back to Key Moving when we closed on our new home.

We have scheduled your movers to come (now that we have our new home's keys in hand!) and I know everything will go smoothly. You are lucky to have Matt. All customer service should be handled they way he does - with patience and understanding.

We were very satisfied with our move using Key Moving and Storage. They arrived early and were very efficient and professional. The manager went over the paperwork with us and made sure we understood the fine print. Since we wanted to box up our things ourselves we chose the hourly rate with a not to exceed price.

The workers were very experienced and loaded up the two trucks very quickly. Things like dressers and other big furniture were wrapped up by Key Moving personnel. I had put color coded labels on the things we boxed indicating which room or floor the boxes went to.

When they unloaded the trucks about 98% of the boxes were put in the right place and there was no damage to our furniture or fragile items. Best of all the, final price was about $ 1,500 less than the not to exceed price.

I had contacted about six other companies to get pricing for our move, Key Moving was always nice and easy to talk to on the phone and was not pushy like some of the other companies. We are very happy we picked Key Moving and Storage".
